Star Ride Group Corporation, a New Jersey corporation trading as Star Ride, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice unless a booking confirmation identifies another contracting entity.

Information we may handle.
When you or someone acting for you contacts the desk, we may receive information needed to arrange and manage a journey, including:
- names and contact details;
- pickup and destination, dates, times, flight details, itinerary and vehicle class;
- passenger count, accessibility needs and service preferences;
- billing, payment and transaction information;
- communications with the desk and service history; and
- limited technical information produced by website hosting, such as IP address, browser, device and request logs.
Please provide only information that is reasonably needed for the service.
The journey composer stays local.
The journey composer is not a form and does not submit information to Star Ride. It assembles a message in your browser. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the message opens as a draft in that service. Nothing is sent until you confirm it there.
Email, telephone, WhatsApp and payment links are third-party services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
How information is used.
We use information to answer inquiries, verify clients, prepare quotations, confirm and deliver journeys, coordinate chauffeurs and operating partners, manage changes, provide support, process payments, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with law.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Who may receive it.
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the service. Recipients may include chauffeurs and local operating partners, payment and billing providers, communications and hosting providers, professional advisers, insurers, and public authorities when required by law.
Because journeys may be arranged internationally, information may be handled in the countries where the service is requested or delivered.
Retention and security.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer accounts, satisfy legal or financial recordkeeping duties, resolve disputes and protect the business.
We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people who need the information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure; unusually sensitive matters should be discussed with the desk before being sent electronically.
Your choices.
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you. If an applicable state privacy law provides additional rights, we will honor them.
Send a request to service@starridelimo.com. If we deny a request covered by the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal.”
Site technology and changes.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one session-only browser flag so the opening animation does not replay on every page view. Hosting infrastructure may create essential security and server logs.
We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. If our website begins using analytics, advertising tools or additional storage, this notice will be updated before those tools are introduced.
